Our Investment Ladder
The following is a list of some of the Major Investments to Ballyduff through Bud’s Centre accessing grants & funding on behalf of the Parish
- 2003 SHB provided a grant to purchase building and site the new location for Ballyduff ( Bud’s) Family and Community Resource Centre in Benmore. Investment €166,000
- 2005 SHB provided a grant to develop Phase 1 of Refurbishment and Building. Investment €250,000
- 2007 Dept Health & Children awarded a grant to develop a Community Childcare Facility Buddies Childcare Centre. Investment €1.2 million
- 2009 Family Support Agency provided a grant to Refurbishment of building including a Lift making entire building Wheel-Chair accessible. Investment €400,000
- 2014 Children and Youth Affairs provided a grant to develop outside all weather play area for Buddies including Astro Turf. Investment €50,000
